JHM 2-Piece Lightweight Rear Brake Rotors for B9 RS5

Upgrade your braking performance and perfectly complement your front brake setup. We’ve taken our championship-winning cooling technology and packed it into a direct, bolt-on replacement for the factory B9 RS5 rear rotors.

By utilizing a 2-piece design, these rotors shave 4.5 lbs of unsprung weight from the rear of your car, improving suspension response and overall vehicle dynamics.

Premium Finish

• Type 3 Hard Anodized Hats: All rotor hats now feature a black, Type 3 hard anodized finish—the highest grade available for aluminum. This ensures maximum resistance to wear and fading while effectively hiding brake dust.

• Zinc-Plated Rings: Our rotor rings now come standard with high-quality zinc plating to inhibit corrosion and keep your brakes looking clean, even through harsh winter conditions.

Stock vs. JHM

-Rotor Weight: Stock = 13.75lbs(each), JHM = 11.5lbs(each) - Almost 16% LIGHTER, 2.25 lbs less each

-Rotor Cooling Air-gap: Stock = 6.35mm(.250"), JHM = 13mm(.511") - LARGER for better cooling

-Rotor Cooling Center Fin Design: Stock = Straight Fin, JHM = Airfoil - MORE EFFICIENT for better cooling

-Rotor OD: Stock = 330mm(12.9"), JHM = 330mm(12.9") - SAME

-Rotor Thickness: Stock = 22mm(.866"), JHM = 22mm(.866") - SAME

-Bolt pattern: - SAME (fits like an OEM rotor would)

Engineering & Construction

• Race-Proven Outer Rings: We worked closely with a race brake manufacturer that supplies many NASCAR racers and a couple major brake kit companies. Due to their expertise, we chose to have them build us the outer rings to our specs to fit the B9 RS5. The rings feature 12 attachment points for durability and strength.

• In-House Machined Hats: We CNC machine the Aluminum center hats in house based on their recommended materials and thicknesses for durability. 12 attachment points for durability and strength. We also engrave JHM in them in 3 locations equal from each other, it looks clean and doesn't jump out or look tacky.

• The Perfect Complement: These rear rotors are the ultimate upgrade to match your front JHM lightweight rotors. While retaining the factory 330mm diameter to work perfectly with your OEM rear calipers and parking brake, we completely overhauled the internal cooling capacity. By more than doubling the cooling air-gap and upgrading the stock straight fins to our high-efficiency airfoil design, these rotors shed heat significantly faster than the factory units.

Please note: JH Motorsports does not recommend using EBC brake pads with our 2-piece lightweight rotors. Customer have reported and we have found EBC pads leave excessive pad deposits that can cause brake pulsation. Many EBC pads have a break in coating that reacts with the zinc plating used on our rotors
