- FLYWHEEL - These are the latest and greatest OEM B7 (05.5 and up) flywheels. These are a direct replacement for 05.5 and up B7 S4s and an upgrade for 04-05 B6 S4s. So if you have a B7 or B6 with a beatup or broken flywheel and want the same dual mass flywheel as stock with a JHM street performance clutch this combo is for you. We only sell these OEM flywheels due to the high failure rate of the B6 S4 flywheel so it is best for them to upgrade to B7 flywheels. An added bonus to this upgrade for the B6 S4 owners is that with this flywheel you can now run a B7 RS4 pressure plate that is in our JHM clutch kit. The higher clamp load pressure plate is not compatible with the OEM B6 flywheel, so you must run a JHM lightweight flywheel or a B7 S4 OEM flywheel.
- CLUTCH - These JHM Stage 3 (hybrid Ceramic/Metal Backed Organic) street performance clutchesare from a result of actual on car testing (video proof above) and from pressure plate clamp load testing that JHM had performed on all the available pressure plates for the B6/B7 S4 and RS4. Most of the on car testing was to find the optimal materials for the most streetability while delivering the performance any Naturally Aspirated B6/B7 S4 could dish out. The pressure plate testing allowed us to find that the B7 RS4 pressure plate was the same as the B7 S4 and had 400 more pounds of clamp load vs. the B6 S4 pressure plate. So this is another reason why we highly recommend our full combo if you have a B6 S4. As for driveability the hybrid combination of materials has made the clutch hold better and handle higher heat as well while still being smooth enough for every day driving with a stock like pedal feel. NOTE: Stage 4 (hybrid Ceramic/Kevlar) Clutch Discs have been DISCONTINUED. If you are looking for a higher performance clutch setup than our Stage 3, we recommend our JHM R-Series Clutches that are more performance oriented and still retain street-ability. Why an OEM flywheel? For some people they like the added mass that makes it easier to start from a stop. Some also like the whisper quiet operation when bogged below 1500 rpm. Ligthweigtht flywheels are not for everyone and we understand this, so we put this combo together to get you a slightly tamer solution with our tested and proven clutch setup.

For the Stage 3 clutches you need to drive as much city type driving as you can for the first 500 miles (each time you start from a stop or shift it aids in break in, Highway mileage does not count). For Stage 4 clutches the procedure is the same but you must do this break in procedure for 750 miles. Due to Kevlar's resistance to wear it takes longer to break in. This may include but is not limited to, Evaporative Fuel Controls, Catalysts, DPF, PTOX, PCV Systems, Exhaust Gas Recirculation Systems, Oxygen Sensors, Thermostatic Air Cleaners, Air Intake Systems, Fuel Injectors, Regulators, Adjustable Cam Gears, ECU Programming, Mapping, or other Computer Modifications. Air Pumps, Air Injection, Timing, and any other Emission System Modification(s).
Purchaser acknowledges and certifies to JH Motorsports Inc., that Purchasers vehicle will only be used for racing applications or off road vehicle use only. Purchaser requests these modifications for the purpose of enhancing the vehicle for competitive Racing Applications and will not use this vehicle on public streets or highways.
