Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions made with JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) whether they are placed through JHMotorsports.com or with one of our Sales and Customer Service Associates over the phone.  By completing your transaction you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.   Customers placing their order through JHMotorsports.com will electronically accept these Term and Conditions.  Customers placing orders over the phone, through email, or by using the JHMotorsports.com Collections Page will either accept these Terms and Conditions verbally or by reading an electronic version, depending on the choice of the customer.  Communications from the JH Motorsports, Inc. Sales and Customer Service Team in the form of Quote Emails or Order Confirmation Invoice Emails have a link to this page for review.  These Terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice, so please re-read them prior to each order you place with us.

 

Returns, Cancellations, and Exchanges on JH Motorsports, Inc. Products

IMPORTANT! IF YOU USED THE FREE SHIPPING METHOD WHEN YOU ORDERED: The actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund/credit/exchange amount for items that are returned, cancelled or exchanged.

Our goal at JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) is to make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the part(s) that they ordered. All orders placed on JHMotorsports.com or over the phone with our Sales and Customer Service Associates are subject to the following policies.

WHAT TO DO FIRST: Email or call JHM with any concerns or questions to see if we can help you in your specific situation without having to return, cancel or exchange item(s). Read all the policies below, fill out an RMA Request and then email JHM to begin the RMA process. Please reference your invoice # in the subject line.

RETURNS: Within 30 calendar days of the date of receipt of your item(s), we offer returns for a full refund. From 30 days to 60 days we will accept returns for a full refund in STORE CREDIT – No exceptions. The date of receipt is the delivered date provided by the shipping company your package was delivered by. Limitations listed below and all RMA requirements above. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for all returns. Please wait for RMA Authorization before sending anything back to JHM. (See above under WHAT TO DO FIRST and RMA REQUEST REQUIRED see below …)

EXCHANGES: Within 60 calendar days of the date of receipt of your item(s), we offer exchanges for any reason. The date of receipt is the delivered date provided by the shipping company your package was delivered by. ALL exchanged items are subject to limitations listed below and all RMA requirements listed above. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for all exchanges. Please contact a Sales and Customer Service Associate before sending anything back to JHM. (See above under WHAT TO DO FIRST and RMA REQUEST REQUIRED see below …)

CANCELLATIONS: Prior to your order shipping we offer cancellations for any reason (with exception of special order or custom items). limitations listed below and all RMA requirements listed above. PLEASE CONTACT US ASAP TO CANCEL - MOST ORDERS ARE SHIPPED SAME DAY. (If we are not contacted in time to cancel before the order ships, you will be liable for shipping.)

SOFTWARE: Any software returns will be accompanied by a $55 labor fee to reverse the flash or $110 labor fee to reverse a solder on chip and must be done within 30 days NO EXCEPTIONS. The full value of the software will be credited minus applicable labor fees.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS OR RETURNED SHIPMENTS: Any refused shipments sent back to JHM does not constitute the right to a refund, exchange or credit. Any returned shipments due to ANY addressing issues caused by addresses provided by the customer will result in any additional shipping fees being the responsibility of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to make all arrangements with JHM for refused shipments as per our policies in this section. Customer will be charged freight expenses associated with the refused shipment.

REFUNDS FOR ORDERS PAID VIA WIRE TRANSFER: We will send your refund in the form of a paypal payment to the email address used in the order. We have found this is the quickest and cheapest method for both parties.

NOTE FOR ALL RETURNS: No refunds, or exchanges on ANY electronic components (sensors, injectors, ECUs, etc.). No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items or custom order item(s) or group-buy orders are accepted. All item(s) shipped back to JHM by the customer need to be insured (in case of loss or damage) and we recommend the customer to get a tracking number to track the shipment. JHM is not responsible or liable for ANY damage caused to parts being returned while in transit due to the following but not limited to: Poor packaging, damage not covered for any reason by shipping company, damage caused during packaging process. It is the customer’s responsibility that any item(s) returned to JHM must be in new resalable condition with no damage. Any insurance claims due to damage caused in transit is the responsibility of the customer and no RMA will be processed until parts are received in new resalable condition or JHM is paid out by an insurance claim filed by the customer.

RMA PROCESS MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR ALL RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND EXCHANGES:

If you have an order or item(s) that is eligible for return as per JH Motorsport’s Conditions of Use, you will need to create an RMA. To do so, you will first need to login to your account (if you checked out as guest, use the same email and select “Forgot Password”). Once you are logged in you will need to go to the “Account” tab and select “MY RETURNS”. To create a new RMA you will then need to select “Request New Return” and then select the order and item(s) you would like to return. After the item(s) have been selected you will proceed to the “Next Step” where you will be presented with a dropdown for “Reason” and “Condition”. Select the appropriate options and include any Additional Info if needed. Below “Additional Info” you will see our Conditions of Use and at the bottom there will be a check box for “I Agree” stating that you have read and understand our Conditions of Use. After agreeing to our Conditions of Use you can submit your RMA Request for approval by selecting “Submit Request”. DO NOT SHIP UNTIL RMA IS APPROVED

Once your RMA has been approved you will be notified by email. The email will contain an RMA Packing Slip that will need to be printed out and included inside of the return package in order for your return to be inspected and processed. You can also access this packing slip by logging into the store and clicking "Account" and then selecting the "MY RETURNS" tab.

Refundable Core Charges, Rentals and Core Returns

JHM branded cores and tool rentals must be returned within 45 days of original purchase date to be eligible for a full refund of the core charge or rental deposit.  JHM branded cores and rentals received 46 to 90 days after purchase will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the core charge or rental deposit. Cores received 91 days after purchase or later will not receive a refund or store credit do the fact we normally would have purchased more to replenish stock to better serve future orders.  With that being said, we do run short on supply of some cores from time to time and may be open to buying back or issuing store credit for cores at a discounted rate.  Please contact us at sales@JHMotorsports.com for information on your specific situation.
UPDATE for injector cores and tool rentals effective 12-1-18: Our injector clean and flow core program and all tool rentals have been discontinued. Any order placed prior to 9-1-18 we can no longer make an exception after the 91 days to buy back as per above.

Non JHM-branded cores must be returned within 25 days of the original purchase date.  Non-JHM branded cores that come in a branded box (i.e.: Bosch Remanufactured Alternators) must be returned in their original box (if shipped to customer in a branded box, see note below).  If branded cores are not returned in their original, branded box, no refund will be issued.

JHM “Piggie Pipe” cores are subject to inspection for damage.  Damages will be repaired to return the core to resalable condition.  Labor and materials costs for these repairs will be deducted from the core return fee at the discretion of JHM.  These damages include, but are not limited to: flex coupler damage in the form of rust or the result of the flex couplers dragging on the ground, bent or dented pipes, etc). Furthermore any “Piggie Pipe” core with a damaged main cat will receive no credit back for that half of the core. NOTE: Whenever one flex coupler is requiring replacement we repair both in order to keep consistency with our product for future customers.

JHM Modified Intake Manifold / Throttle Body cores are subject to inspection for damage.  The B6-B7 intake manifolds are cast in a material that does not respond well to harsh weather and snow conditions. Some manifolds can bubble and start to fall apart. This is noticeable on the outside of the actual intake manifold (usually on the top). If you see any bubbling from the metal under the paint please be advised in some cases the manifold will not be able to be resold in our core program and NO core refund will occur. Most of the bubbling manifolds are prone to falling apart to the point that you it can create a vacuum leak due to a pin hole (or worse) or even just fall apart during the cleaning process of the intake manifold for our core program. Also be advised some manifolds are exhibiting internal cracks and warped sealing surfaces due to improper installation or torque. Last but not least if your flap has seized we can fix this in most cases with little or no core deduction. We must fix the flap and do not remove it because the flap system is an important part of the B6-B7 S4 intake manifold for it to produce excellent torque below 4000 rpm and good horsepower above 5000 rpm. Thus we keep it because our modified manifold further enhances these features so we ensure the flap system is fully functional as part of our modification process.

All other cores and rentals are subject to inspection for damage as well.  The details of those inspections are unique to the given part and most of the time set forth by the NON JHM core supplier (example a Bosch remanufactured alternator). Most cores we receive are acceptable and generally only physical damage during the uninstall or shipping back would prohibit a core refund. Each case is unique and when an issue does arise we do our best for our customer and only decline a core refund in extreme cases. For Example when we do NOT receive our core credit back from a NON JHM supplier (example Bosch) or the condition of the core is so bad it is 100% unusable we cannot offer a core return credit of any kind.

NOTE: Our Shipping Department will sometimes re-box these cores depending on the packaging needs of your specific order. If you do not receive a branded box for your core, do not be concerned.  We do our best to catalog these boxes and keep them to prevent our customers from losing them and forfeiting their refund.

Shipping and Delivery, Damaged Items

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on JHMotorsports.com or through a JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) Sales and Customer Service Associate passes to the customer when the merchandise is given to the shipping carrier (the day it ships). It is up to the customer to verify the contents of their order within 5 days of receipt of the package.

If you receive an item that is damaged, notify JHM immediately. Do not discard any of the box, packing material, or broken items. We will do everything we can to work with the Shipping Company on your behalf to rectify the situation. Once JHM is made aware of a damaged part(s), we must submit a claim with the Shipping Company and wait for them to make a decision regarding the damage claim. The Shipping Company may require pictures of the damaged items and the packing materials and may – at their discretion – send out a representative to your delivery address to inspect the damaged items and packing materials. Again, please DO NOT discard any of the box, packing material, or damaged items. If you discard any packaging or the box prior to your claim be paid, you run the risk of having to pay for replacement product(s) out of your own pocket. Without all the original packing material some carriers will automatically deny your claim on the grounds of insufficient packing material used. Therefore you will assume all responsibility for replacing the damaged parts.

The entire claim process can take up to several weeks to complete (check with your selected Shipping Company for the exact time frame). We are unable to send our replacement items until the claim is approved or a payment is made for replacement parts. We will issue a refund to your account promptly upon receiving reimbursement from the shipper.

NOTE: If you placed your order with a JHM Wholesaler, they will need to complete the Damage Claim process for the parts they ordered on your behalf.

NOTE for Deliveries to Canada: JHM does not ship to Canada via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground due to excessive brokerage fees charged by these shipping companies on top of standard duties imposed by the Canadian government. This ultimately makes Ground shipping cost more than air methods. To protect our customers we have turned these shipping options off in our store. It is best that you select ANY of the air methods from FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS.

NOTE for USPS: JHM does not ship via USPS on orders over $300 due to flaws in the USPS shipping insurance program. This is for the protection of the customer and for JHM. Tracking information for USPS is sometimes unreliable and may not work at all until the package arrives. Furthermore, USPS will not consider a package shipped to a domestic or international address lost for at least 30 days. For this reason JHM will not respond to any inquiries about an order shipped via USPS that has not arrived or hasn’t shown up in tracking sent via USPS for the first 30 days after we ship. For shipments sent to APO addresses, USPS will not consider a package lost for 90 days. Please keep this in mind before selecting this shipping method. For international orders sent via USPS, be aware that once USPS hands the package over to your country’s postal service we are no longer able to access the shipment. At this point it is up to the customer to work with their local postal service to locate the package. If a package becomes lost at this point, it can take up to 6 months to get our money back from USPS to issue a refund.

 

Warranty on JH Motorsports Products

It is the intention of JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) to sell only quality products. We offer a 12 month warranty against defects in workmanship or materials on products manufactured by JHM, not extending to normal wear and tear or misuse.  We offer the same warranty on products we resell manufactured by third party companies (unless otherwise specified on the product page of such item). Products not manufactured by us shall have a warranty based on what the manufacturer of that specific product offers.  You must provide us with a copy of your invoice as proof of purchase along with proof of the defect.  This may include, but is not limited to: a detailed description of symptoms, pictures of the installed item(s), and/or videos of the defect.

JHM is not responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty claims.  The customer is responsible for covering shipping costs to and from JHM, even in the event that the part is warrantied or deemed defective by JHM and replaced.

JHM will only replace or repair warranty items, no refunds will be given.  JHM will inspect and/or test all products prior to a warranty claim adjustment.  The testing and inspection process can take up to 6 weeks to perform.  Simply returning the product to JHM does not guarantee a warranty claim. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from one of our Sales and Customer Service Associates prior to any return.  All products we offer are warrantied to be free from defects prior to installation.  Any modification or improper use of our products voids this warranty.  This warranty does not cover installation, removal, or re-installation of warrantied or replacement products.  JHM shall be the final arbitrator in interpreting the extent and remedy of warranty.

When dealing with rubber mounts and suspension components, small cracks that do not affect function or performance are not covered under warranty.   These cracks are normal with any rubber bushing, especially one subject to shear, tension, or compression forces.  Rubber settles and compresses over time, and small cracks or "wrinkles" are normal and do not affect the performance or reliability of the part.  Our warranty will cover failure of parts including torn bushings that no longer function under shear, no longer maintain alignment settings, or create excessive slop or movement beyond the normal design tolerances of the parts.

Warranties provided by JHM are non-transferrable and available to the original purchaser only.  In certain cases, we can provide solutions for parts bought used or “second-hand”.  Please contact us so we provide you with a reasonable and fair solution.

 

Off-road use and Racing Parts

By Purchasing any Off-Road use ONLY products from JH Motorsports, Inc. I acknowledge and understand the following disclosure. (This notice is located at the bottom of the page description of affected products on our website.)

Vehicle Code § 27156:
(b) No person shall operate or leave standing upon a highway a motor vehicle that is required to be equipped with a motor vehicle pollution control device under Part 5 (commencing with Section 43000) of Division 26 of the Health and Safety Code or any other certified motor vehicle pollution control device required by any other state law or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant to that law, or required to be equipped with a motor vehicle pollution control device pursuant to the National Emission Standards Act (42 U.S.C. Secs. 7521 to 7550, inclusive) and the standards and regulations adopted pursuant to that federal act, unless the motor vehicle is equipped with the required motor vehicle pollution control device that is correctly installed and in operating condition. No person shall disconnect, modify, or alter any such required device.
(c) No person shall install, sell, offer for sale, or advertise any device, apparatus, or mechanism intended for use with, or as a part of, a required motor vehicle pollution control device or system that alters or modifies the original design or performance of the motor vehicle pollution control device or system.

Health and Safety Code § 43000:
43001. The provisions of this part shall not apply to:
(a) Racing vehicles.

As the aforementioned code sections outline, it is against the law to operate or use a vehicle on public streets or highways with modified, altered, or disconnected motor vehicle pollution control devices. This may include but is not limited to, Evaporative Fuel Controls, Catalysts, DPF, PTOX, PCV Systems, Exhaust Gas Recirculation Systems, Oxygen Sensors, Thermostatic Air Cleaners, Air Intake Systems, Fuel Injectors, Regulators, Adjustable Cam Gears, ECU Programming, Mapping, or other Computer Modifications. Air Pumps, Air Injection, Timing, and any other Emission System Modification(s).

Purchaser acknowledges and certifies to JH Motorsports Inc., that Purchasers vehicle will only be used for racing applications or off road vehicle use only. Purchaser requests these modifications for the purpose of enhancing the vehicle for competitive Racing Applications and will not use this vehicle on public streets or highways. Purchaser agrees to indemnify JH Motorsports Inc., all employees, officers, owners, and subsidiaries for any civil or criminal liability arising out of use of Purchasers vehicle on public streets or highways as Purchaser has been duly notified of the laws and regulations regarding disconnecting, alteration, or modification of a vehicle’s pollution control devices. Purchaser understands and has been advised the driving of a vehicle on public streets or highways could result in criminal or civil penalties.

 

Retroactive Sales Prices

All sales, price drops or special pricing adjustments on our product pricing are not retroactive. If we put an item on sale or announce a sale after a purchase is already complete, then we do not offer refunds or retroactive price changes.

 

Payment and Payment Verification

JH Motorsports accepts all major credit cards including: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AmericanExpress. For certain orders placed with AmericanExpress, additional verification may be required before your order is shipped.

We have very strong credit card fraud prevention measures in place on our website and through our Credit Card Processing Merchant. If you are having trouble placing your transaction through our website, especially if you are an international customer, it may be because your bank does not store the proper type of information required to match up with the Address Verification Service of our Credit Card Merchant. In these situations, sometimes PayPal will work as a valid payment method. If you continue to have problems, please contact us so we can verify your credit card information against the Address Verification Service of our credit card merchant.

JH Motorsports also accepts payment via PayPal through our website. PayPal provides a great means for customers to pay merchants for goods quickly while allowing both parties to be protected from fraud. PayPal calls this Buyer and Seller Protection. In order to help merchants comply with these protections, PayPal has laid out three different levels of protected transactions: Fully Eligible, Partially Eligible, and Not Eligible.

JH Motorsports will ship items paid for from a Fully Eligible transaction as soon as parts are available.

For orders paid for with a Partially Eligible transaction, JH Motorsports will only ship to the address on your PayPal account using a delivery method that requires a signature to be delivered and we may wait 24 – 48 hours to ship the order.

Finally, JH Motorsports will not ship any orders that are paid for by a Not Eligible Transaction until we can contact the seller and further verify the payment method with PayPal. These orders may be subject to a delay of 48 – 72 hours.

PayPal has very strict requirements on which type of transactions fall into each these categories and they are not able to be modified by JH Motorsports once the transaction is received. There are certain steps that you can take as a PayPal account holder to further verify your information with PayPal and increase the strength of your transaction capabilities. Please contact PayPal for this information.

 

JH Motorsports’ Liability

JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) and its partners or affiliates shall not be liable for any consequential, incidental and contingent damages arising from, but not limited to, the sale, transportation, installation, use, or repair of its products. The customer shall be responsible for selecting a reputable installer familiar with the installation of performance aftermarket parts.  It is also recommended that your shop carries current liability insurance to cover any damage that may arise through installation of JHM products on your vehicle. JHM’s listing and/or verbal recommendation of facilities shall not constitute grounds for any liability.  Notwithstanding any other provision of this agreement, JHM’s maximum combined liability shall be limited to the payments made by the customer under this agreement for the specific product that caused the alleged damages.

 

Product Information, Pricing Errors, Backorders, and Out-of-Stock Items

JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) strives to provide accurate product, pricing, and stocking information.  Due to the fact that we stock 1000s of items, often times getting the same item from several different suppliers, we cannot confirm the final price or availability of an item until after an order has been received.  In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price, with incorrect product information, or listed at the incorrect stocking level, JHM will make every effort to notify you of this discrepancy as soon as possible.

If an item is listed at the incorrect price, we will place your order on hold and contact you for information on how you would like to proceed with your order.

If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours of placing your order with an estimated time of when your ordered item(s) will be back in stock and/or ready to ship.  We will do our best to “partial ship” orders that contain a combination of in-stock and out-of-stock items but will do so at our discretion.  In certain situations, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

JHM will make every effort to meet the specified demands of our customers when speaking to our Sales and Customer Service Associates on the phone, through email, or other electronic means.  If you need parts from your order within a certain time frame, let us know.  We will do our best to verify stocking levels and help select a shipping method that meets your needs.  Unless specifically mentioned by a JHM Sales and Customer Service Associate that an item is in stock and will ship right away, shipping delays that are the result of an item being out of stock shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

Items that are listed as “On Backorder” after an order is received by JHM or as stated by a Sales and Customer Service Associate will be shipped as soon as they become available.  In order to secure the soonest available part, an order may require pre-payment.  Backordered items that are paid for first will receive product first.  If you have any questions regarding the status of an order or the availability of parts, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Weights and horsepower claims are subjective and accurate based on the equipment we use. We are not responsible for inaccuracies as compared to customer’s individual results due to such variables with scale calibration and/or dynamometer calibration.

All performance parts sold on JHMotorsports.com are intended for off-road use only.

 

Special Orders

All special order items must be paid for in full, in advance of an order being processed.  Special order items are not eligible for return and are non-refundable.  Special order items include, but are not limited to: JHM Shift Knobs, JHM Shift Knob Race Extensions, JHM Custom Pedals by SRP, JHM Exhaust components (Longtube headers, downpipes, cat-backs), JH Motorsports Modified Intake Manifolds, any “made-to-order” item with a fabrication lead-time or custom powder coating (color you select for FMIC piping, manifolds, or any other parts with a color selection made), any item not listed on our website ordered on your behalf, any item with customizable options, or any other item listed on the website as a Special Order Item.

 

International Orders

All payments are made in USD. Foreign currency equivalent is determined by your creditor or bank and may include surcharges. Shipping charges and any special handling charges will be added to the total. All duties and taxes applicable on the purchase are the responsibility of the customer. You shall keep a proof of your payment of duties and taxes and provide us with a copy when requested. You hereby grant the right to JH Motorsports, Inc. to charge any unpaid duties and taxes presented to us by the shipper on your behalf.  This includes, but is not limited to a flat $30 processing fee.

If you receive a package that appears to have been opened and/or resealed please note that your Customs Bureau has most likely opened your shipment as part of the normal inspection process. Legal Notice

All equipment is sold under the presumption that the purchaser will use it in accordance with applicable federal and state laws.  Parts should be used in a manner that is safe and shall discontinue its use as conditions warrant.  JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) recommends that the installation of mechanical or electrical parts be performed by qualified, trained professionals. Improperly installed products may lead to unsafe and unreliable conditions.   Equipment shall never be installed or used in a manner where it may interfere with safety equipment. Do not install parts in the path of the airbag system or that hinder the function of seat belts.  JHM products can be broken when excessive force is applied or disassembled.  Components can become loose from vibration or heat.

 

New Car Warranties and Use of Aftermarket Parts

JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) does not imply that your new car warranty will remain in effect after installing parts purchased from JHM.  However, several Federal statutes are in place to protect you. You can read about them at: http://www.sema.org

(JHM) is available via phone at (209) 968-0077 or via email at sales@JHMotorsports.com Monday thru Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Pacific Time.  JHM highly recommends professional installation by a qualified automotive technician or electrician if applicable.  Please review support documentation included with your order or available on the JHM Product Page for your order.  Please contact us to find out if we offer support documentation if you have not received it and it is not available on our website or on our YouTube page at http://www.youtube.com/JHMotorsportsInc. Phone support assumes basic installer knowledge and courteous communication.  Rude, insulting, or belligerent callers will not be engaged.  We reserve the right to refuse phone support in these scenarios.

 

Dispute Resolution

JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) agrees to provide all reasonable methods to resolve any disputes or discrepancies. The customer agrees to contact us within 48 hours of any dispute. The customer also acknowledges and agrees that as the Authorized User or the Cardholder you will not initiate any chargeback or claim procedure with our Merchant Bank or your creditor without obtaining a special confirmation number from us to verify that you provided us with the opportunity to resolve the claim or dispute, even if we were unable to provide a resolution.

 

Third Party Products or Services

JH Motorsports, Inc. (JHM) sells valuable merchandise provided by 3rd party vendors for the benefit of our customers. Such items may be shipped from a different warehousing location and may arrive in a separate package.  Availability of such items may be limited and items may be backordered from time to time. Please contact our Sales and Customer Service Associates if you fail to receive such items in a timely manner. The policy for shipping damages on these products or services is the same as above.

 

Order Acceptance

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our Accounting and Fraud Avoidance Department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled due to a refusal to process the order on behalf of JH Motorsports, Inc. after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

JH Motorsports Inc. (JHM) does not store any credit card information in our database, it is only relayed to our merchant account provider via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and immediately purged from the system.
