I have had this bracket and Apikol snub mount on my B7 S4 for 3 weeks. There is a definite improvement in shift feel (more positive), but there is also a noticeable increase in vibration. This is most noticeable between 1400 and 1800 rpm felt through the steering wheel and shifter. It was worse when first installed and has improved over time, but it is still present. My installer said the bracket has no play when installed despite the oval holes for the bracket. Overall it definitely improved shifting, but at a small cost of vibration from the engine.
